Delivery terms*

Normal delivery time is around 3 days for stock items. During high season it may take longer.

We send orders with the shipping company that offers the best conditions (DHL, Postnord, UPS, etc.). We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods.

The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the shipping weight - this happens automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout.

We have set a fixed shipping cost for kayaks, it is also possible to pick up the kayak from us at no extra cost.

If the shipping cost feels unreasonably high, contact us as it is based on longer distances and we will arrange a quote.

We also offer joint delivery of kayaks in connection with our participation in various competitions or fairs. This option can then be selected in the webshop.

 

Right of withdrawal/Complaint*

We comply with the law on distance contracts in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods without giving any reason. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of the item being received (does not apply to specially ordered items). There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always get new parts, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refund - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.

Payment options

- Klarna

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.

 

- Svea Economics

In collaboration with Svea Ekonomi, Native Sweden offers interest-free loans* up to SEK 60,000 with 12 or 24 month installments.

- Advance payment

You pay money in advance to our bank giro number. After you have sent your order at checkout, you will receive information on the screen and via e-mail how to proceed. Expect an extra delivery time of a few days if you choose advance payment.

 

- SWISH (you need to live in sweden)

You can pay for your order with SWISH, choose advance payment in the webshop and SWISH the payment to 1231092097 (Native Sweden)

- Paypal

It is also possible to pay by credit card via Paypal. We charge a fee of SEK 60.

Minimum order

Minimum order is SEK 150 including VAT.

The Personal Data Act

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the current regulations in the Personal Data Act (PUL).

 

Dispute

Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
