When seated in the low paddling position and you want to move to the high fishing position, the Sky Hooks grab the back legs of the High Rise™ Seat and unfold the legs making the transition from low to high quick and easy. This kit comes with a pair of Sky Hooks and four steel screws. Made in the USA.
